Petit Pan, a French brand of baby clothing, home décor and haberdashery, has opened its first UK store on London’s Hampstead high street.
Established in 2002 by Belgian artist Myriam de Loor and Chinese kite-flyer Pan Gang, Petit Pan offers collections defined by playful, graphic and vibrant motifs.
Ranges include clothing and accessories for babies and children, bedlinen, soft furnishings, accessories for the home, stationery and gifts.
Furthermore, the brand offers haberdashery and a large selection of fabric by the metre.
Elsewhere in-store is a collection of kites inspired by the artist Ai Weiwei, handmade in the atelier of Pan Gang’s family in China, and a wide selection of Chinese-inspired lanterns, also available for purchase at Fortnum & Mason.
Above the store, on the first floor, is My Little Magic Room, a children’s room decorated and furnished in the colours and prints of Petit Pan.
The room features the brand’s range of wicker beds and cradles as well as a bathroom area for bathing accessories.
The store will also play host to creative textile workshops for the public.
