Award-winning baby and children’s safety swimwear brand Konfidence has promoted Max Patey to the role of national sales manager after over-seeing a sales increase of over 35 per cent in the first-half of 2017.

In his new role based at Konfidence’s HQ in Cornwall, Patey takes on responsibility for the company’s growing portfolio of key retail and B2B customers, including high street retailers, national swim schools and international holiday companies as well managing many of its overseas distribution partners.

“Konfidence has experienced unprecedented growth over the last few years and I’m very much looking forward to the responsibility for developing our excellent working relationships with all our clients,” says Patey, who joined Konfidence in February 2016. “As market leaders in our sector, it’s hugely important we don’t rest on our laurels but continue to provide great product and great customer service.”

Andrew Regan, founder and MD of Konfidence, adds, “Max has enormous enthusiasm and a natural ability for building and nurturing client relationships, which is such an important part of our business ethos.
