Available for immediate delivery to trade, the award-winning skiwear collection by Muddy Puddles has been enhanced with yet more improved functionality for autumn/winter 17/18.
Tested in minus temperatures in Canada and developed in partnership with ski experts in the Alps, Muddy Puddles skiwear combines technical performance with aspirational design.
Key features include iPod holders, retractable ski pass holders, wrist warmers and waterproof pockets.
Design-wise, inspiration comes from the whimsical imagery of Michael Morpurgo’s poetry anthology ‘Where My Wellies Take Me’, with vibrant colours and interstellar, stubble field and hoof mark prints.
In terms of styles, the range comprises blizzard-proof jackets and salopettes designed to cope with temperatures as low as -20; snow-ready all in one scamp suits; high tech snow boots; ski gloves; balaclavas; neck warmers and hats. Bright print base layers and ski socks also feature.
A highlight of the collection includes a collaboration jacket with unisex British brand Tootsa, featuring Tootsa’s iconic sunrise design on Muddy Puddles’ high tech performance jacket.
Suitable from ages 0–12 years, each Muddy Puddles item is fully waterproof, breathable, machine washable – including the wellies – and appropriately insulated.
Other details include reflective trims for high visibility, “yank-proof” zips for hardy use and adjustable straps for fit.
