Outside The Schoolwear Show Exhibition

Following an announcement in June that The Schoolwear Show was postponing its October 2020 edition, the event has now confirmed dates for 2021.

The Schoolwear Show Board, which organises the annual trade exhibition for the schoolwear industry, has met regularly since the announcement; reviewing the situation to assess whether an alternative event could be organised.

However, current government guideline restrictions, especially on social distancing, mean it is not viable to stage an event at this time. The Schoolwear Show Board has, therefore, reluctantly decided to cancel the 2020 show.

The Board is now focusing on next year’s edition and has confirmed show dates for 10-12 October 2021. As soon as plans are finalised, it will begin sending out booking information early in the New Year.

By confirming The Schoolwear Show’s position for 2020 now, the Board hopes to enable exhibitors to make alternative plans to showcase new products and meet up with customers; whether face to face or virtually.

As The Schoolwear Show’s long-standing media partner, CWB is also working to help get suppliers’ messages out to the trade. For further information on the options available, please contact Michele Ali at michele@cwbmedia.co.uk.
