Playtime’s first show of 2023 is in Paris on 28-30 January. There, nearly 350 international brands from more than 35 different countries – including over 100 newcomers – will present both fashion and lifestyle collections.

Playtime will put lifestyle brands in the spotlight via an area uniquely dedicated to must-have parenthood products – a new sector this season – alongside wellness, toys, decoration and accessory brands. Fashion will see an increase in genderless brands/collections, as well as the presence of teenager labels, knitwear specialists, babywear, eco-responsible brands, and more

As always, two spaces with distinct displays will be dedicated to discoveries and future must-haves. Firstly, Singular, where 10 young, emerging labels will present exclusive collections and micro-series installed in the format of a pop-up store. And also New Now, an incubator of 12 brands curated by Eri, a Japanese photographer and content creator living in England.

Playtime Paris will also highlight labels that are participating in the show for the first time by dedicating a mini-trend space to First Timers. Among these brands are Favorite People, Bieq Knitwear, Ito Ito, Bandits à la Crème, Momohanipopo, We are gommu and Petites Pommes.

Playtime, which hosts trade shows in three corners of the world, launched a brand new identity in September and renamed its B2B platform Orderwizz

Kids O’Clock Conference

This season, Playtime is partnering with Kid’s O’clock, a platform dedicated to buying and reselling secondhand clothes and accessories for children. Highlighting the circular economy to brands, buyers and visitors, Playtime and Kid’s O’clock will present a conference titled ‘Let’s talk circularity’.

Hosted by the founder of Kid’s O’clock and her guests, the presentation will be an opportunity to discuss the circular economy in fashion, specifically in the kids’ market, and to propose some concrete solutions for both brands and buyers. Kid’s O’clock will also offer personal workshops to brands that will focus specifically on issues the brands themselves have faced when trying to be more sustainable.

Other highlights include a trend conference by Fashion Snoops covering two of the a/w 23/24 macro trends, Enthrall and Omni. Buyers can also start visiting Playtime’s B2B ordering platform, Orderwizz, to find all the brands that will be at the show, connect with them, and place orders. Once the show closes, verified buyers on Orderwizz will be able to revisit the entire show via immersive street view technology.

Playtime & Kid’s Hub New York

The best of two worlds awaits buyers in New York. After a strong summer edition with over 2,100 visitors, the show returns this winter with 260 fashion and lifestyle brands spread out over five floors.

Playtime & Kid’s Hub New York will offer a mix of independent labels and established brands, and American and international collections. The line-up includes Molo, Dear Sophie, Tiny Bunny, Paade, Mini Melissa and Froddo.
