For the second consecutive year, The Ritz London and Hamleys are partnering to help spread joy and magic to families this festive season. Father Christmas and his Hamleys’ Elves are heading to The Ritz London at 150 Piccadilly, where the Hamleys x The Ritz London Christmas Grotto will take place from 8am to 8pm from 6-10 December 2023, inclusive.

The brand-new enchanting experience begins on arrival at The Ritz with a greeting from one of Hamleys’ elves. A Ritz Page will then escort visitors through the hotel to the Christmas Grotto.

In collaboration with Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Ritz London and Hamleys are offering exclusive Santa sessions for children who have been under the care of GOSH.

This year’s theme of ‘A New Journey Through Christmas’ will take place over two thematic rooms. There, children will have the chance to talk all things Christmas with their House Elf. They will also be able to take part in fun and games ahead of their meeting with Father Christmas himself. Finally, every child will depart with a gift to continue the magic at home.
