Three children on coloured chairs laughing wearing outfits by Pigeon

In a troubled world, Pigeon Organics wanted to inject a bit of fun into its new a/w 24 collection. Highlights include newly commissioned prints, coordinating yarn-dyed stripes, soft velour, chunky cord, cosy fleece, and a delicate waffle; all whilst maintaining the high-quality to which Pigeon Organics stockists have become accustomed.

New prints include buffalo, sheep, labradors, guinea fowl, lions, tulips and a meadow print. As always, there is a yarn-dyed stripe to match each print. Key styles, meanwhile, include Pigeon Organics’ popular lined cord trousers and dungarees, velour playsuits and party dresses, traditional pinafore dresses, and a wide selection of printed T-shirts.

The collection is also certified organic by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). This means that the entire supply chain is independently audited, covering strict social and environmental standards.

A focus on comfort, practicality and style.

Pigeon Organics, which was established nearly 20 years ago, proudly describes itself as a “perfectly formed micro-team,” working with three print designers on the new prints each season and a garment technologist who provides support throughout the year.

Founder Jane Shepherd and her two colleagues are passionate about supporting the brand’s independent stockists. “We see them as friends as well as business partners,” confirms Shepherd. “When they hurt, we hurt – so we do absolutely everything we can to support them.”

The company also supports a range of charities with spare stock. “We love creating beautiful clothes, but we also like to have a positive social impact where we can,” continues Shepherd. “We continue to donate stock to several charities and are now hoping to work with other clothing brands to send more spare stock to frontline charities who are supporting families in real need.”

Buyers can view Pigeon Organics’ a/w 24 collection at INDX Kids on 28-29 January 2024. Alternatively, for further information on Pigeon Organics, please click here.
