Four children in school uniform wearing by socks and tights by Pex

Pex, a leading UK supplier of Back to School hosiery, has launched a new point of sale (PoS) marketing support package to help schoolwear retailers sell its extensive range of socks and tights.

The marketing package comprises a selection of PoS consumer-focused brand banners and information hangers as well as a stockists’ shop floor assistant sheet. The aim is to help schoolwear retail specialists increase their hosiery sales by highlighting the quality, design and fibre characteristics of Pex products. The package is available free of charge to all stockists and can also be customised with a retailer’s branding on request.

“All school hosiery is not the same,” says George Norton, Pex Business Development Manager. “Pex socks and tights feature structured foot designs that deliver optimum fit and comfort. They are made of the most robust elastane stretch fibres that help products last and stay up wear after wear, wash after wash, while ethically sourced cotton content lets busy feet breathe. The new PoS customer support package focuses on the quality of our products and will help our schoolwear suppliers convey this message to their customers, thereby helping drive customer satisfaction, sales and loyalty.”

Founded in 1935, Pex currently serves over 350 specialist schoolwear suppliers across the UK. It maintains stocks of both its school socks and tights across all designs and colours. The new Pex support package is rolling out with immediate effect across the UK via the company’s sales team and customer support centre in Leicester. To request the package, schoolwear specialists can contact info@pexltd.com. Alternatively, for further information on Pex, please click here.
