Launching in January 2025, INDX National Kids Footwear Show is a brand-new trade exhibition that will run alongside the rebranded INDX National Kidswear Show, creating a complete one-stop event destination for kids’ retailers. Created in response to market growth and developed in partnership with the children’s footwear industry, this latest addition to the INDX programme has already attracted a host of brands.

The January 2025 line-up features market leaders in children’s footwear including Biomecanics, Bobux, Caminito, Camper, Dubs, Froddo, Garvalin, Inch Blue, Jex, Lelli Kelly, Petasil, Primigi, Ricosta, Slipfree, Start-Rite Shoes, Superfit, TT Kids, Young Soles and Zig + Star.

Spanning baby through to teens, visitors can expect pre-walkers, everyday essentials, trainers and outdoor footwear through to occasionwear styles, Back to School shoes, and even footwear that children can colour in and personalise. Here’s a taster of what’s in store.

 

 

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Biomecanics and Garvalin

Discover the collections of Spanish brands Biomecanics, Garvalin (pictured top) and Agatha Ruiz de la Prada at INDX National Kids Footwear Show. Highlights include Biomecanics’ patented stabilizer with the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia, which maintains stability while preserving natural movement, while Garvalin has a soft and barefoot line without any reinforcement or stabilizer. Caminito

Made in Spain since 1965, Caminito manufactures 100% in Villena in Alicante. Its collection encompasses baby booties, including special models for crawling, classic and renewed styles of soft soles for first steps, models with extra flexible soles, and barefoot designs.

 

 

Camper

Camper Kids Footwear, known for its innovative and stylish children’s shoes, will present its latest collection at INDX National Kids Footwear Show. Catering to modern, active children, the collection features a blend of comfort, durability and playful designs. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the brand’s iconic styles and discover new trends that promise to make an impact in the upcoming season.

 

 

Dubs

Dubs is a pioneering kids’ shoe brand that combines playful, vibrant designs with a commitment to keeping shoes on kids’ feet – and out of landfills – for longer. Through cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly materials like recycled plastic bottles and sugarcane, each shoe embraces comfort, durability and sustainability, featuring individually graded sizing to support natural growth.

 

 

Inch Blue

Inch Blue has proudly crafted handmade leather shoes in Wales for over 25 years, specialising in barefoot-friendly options for crawlers and pre-walkers. The brand’s return to INDX marks its first appearance since the pandemic, with its latest collection showcasing a variety of fun, bold and colourful designs that prioritise both comfort and style.

 

 

Jex

Jex champions the imagination and creativity of children. Its team of designers and experienced shoemakers have created a unique range of colour-in trainers, clothing and backpacks with exclusive eye-catching designs. Jex isn’t just about style, however; its colour-in range is also rugged, durable and built to last.

 

 

Petasil

Crafted in Portugal’s renowned shoemaking region and with a strong presence in the UK children’s footwear market for over 20 years, Petasil is known for its superior craftsmanship and high-quality leather. The brand’s offer includes flexible soles tailored for fashion-forward styles and comfort in both classic and vibrant colours, as well as a Back to School collection designed to meet the needs of growing children with style and durability.

 

 

Ricosta & Pepino

With design and functionality as equals, Ricosta & Pepino’s new a/w 25/26 collection combines trendy styles without compromising on child-friendly features. Expect warm colours, exciting materials and thought-out details.

 

 

Slipfree®

Engineered with a unique firm-grip sole and quick-drying, breathable fabric, Slipfree® footwear provides essential protection on wet or dry surfaces all year round. Sizes range from infant through to adult and there are designs for every taste. Slipfree® is dedicated to sustainability, with shoes crafted from recycled polyester and certified under the Recycled Claim Standard. Start-Rite Shoes

Start-Rite Shoes, a specialist in fitted footwear since 1792, is diving into the archives for s/s 25, taking inspiration from its rich heritage and reintroducing core heritage colours. Themes and inspirations range from cuddly animals, contemporary florals and abstract patterns to trucks, diggers and dinosaurs. There are new introductions in the First Steps and Pre-school shoes category, including an innovation update with a new first steps ‘Foundations’ unit. Superfit

Highlights of the new Superfit s/s 25 collection include summer evergreens such as daisies and ladybirds, retro-styling, romantic perforations, and heart motifs combined with maritime and classic colours as well as pastel shades. Neons mix with natural tones, while gradients and metallics set fashionable accents. The brand’s popular first walkers, SUPIES, offer supple soles, chrome-free tanned lining leather and matching heel caps, and zip and Velcro fastening systems.

 

 

Young Soles

Celebrating 10 years of cutting-edge shoe design, British children’s footwear brand Young Soles offers classic and seasonal shoes and boots, vegan options for its bestsellers, as well as a Back to School collection and retro-cool sneakers. All the shoes are made from locally sourced natural leather and many of the same leathers are used across the collection to avoid excess ordering and waste. The soles are from locally sourced manufacturers, using recycled materials where possible, and the shoe boxes are also made from recycled cardboard.

 

 

INDX National Kids Footwear Show will run alongside INDX National Kidswear Show on 26-27 January 2025 at Cranmore Park, Solihull.
