A busy exhibition hall showing stands and people at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2025

Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2025 came to a close on Tuesday 25 February after a successful three-day event at the NEC in Birmingham. The event’s second co-location with Sign & Digital UK attracted 7,055 visitors, who explored the offerings of both exhibitions and industries.

Commenting on the 2025 show is event director, Tony Gardner. “It was really pleasing to exceed 7,000 visitors across the three days, with 5,000 coming in through the P&P LIVE! entrance. The switch of halls this year to 19 and 20 really enhanced the co-location with Sign & Digital UK, and without a partition between the two halls, there was a constant flow of visitors across the two.

“A good co-location with a show that attracts a similar print-related audience provides a great framework to grow P&P LIVE!’s audience. This view is shared by our exhibitors, and with over 130 stands, this year’s show was our biggest event since prior to Covid.

“I am delighted with the hugely positive response from our exhibitors, and with enquiries already received from several not present this year for stands at next year’s show, we are already looking at how we can extend the floorplan to accommodate the additional demand for space.”

A total of 130 exhibitors covering all aspects of the garment decoration industry united to showcase their latest cutting-edge equipment and 2025 blank garment styles.

Some of the equipment debuts visitors were able to see demonstrated live included the new SPYDER X computer-to-screen system on the EXILE Technologies stand; the TY-300 DTF printer on the Roland DG stand; and the Epson’s SC-G6000 DTF printer on the Xpres stand.

Meanwhile, in the adjoining hall, visitors could discover all the equipment, products, services and advice they could need should they wish to diversify into the sign making world.

Exhibitors and visitors alike praised the exhibition.

Adam Smith, business development at ETC Supplies, says: “Printwear & Promotion LIVE! once again showed why it is the biggest show of the year for embroidery specialists. We were able to make some really great connections with so many businesses and partners over the three-day event.”

Peter Heap of Mannocks, who has been visiting the exhibition for the last 30 years, adds: “It’s a great event to visit as it has everything you need together in one place. It’s always a positive experience when I visit.”

After a successful second co-location, both Printwear & Promotion LIVE! and Sign & Digital UK will return to the NEC in Birmingham in February 2026. For more information, please click here.
