ASEPRI, the National Association of Baby and Kids Products from Spain, has set an international strategy for 2026 focused on strengthening the global competitiveness of the Spanish baby and kids’ products sector.
The plan establishes a calendar of commercial initiatives to support brands in their positioning and growth in key international markets. It combines physical presence, experiential actions and digital reinforcement, prioritising economic efficiency and competitiveness for Spanish brands through ICEX support and member benefits.
It also seeks to facilitate access to international buyers, enhance the country brand “Baby & Kids Products from Spain,” present collections in high commercial value environments, and optimise resources through institutional support and exclusive advantages for members.
The plan comprises four strategic pillars. Firstly, reinforcing Spain as an international hub, with flagship events such as BABYKID SPAIN + FIMI 2026, Día Mágico by FIMI, and the Baby & Kids Products from Spain Fashion Show.
Also, consolidation in mature markets (Europe and the USA), with presence at key trade fairs such as Children’s Show (New York), INDX Shows (Solihull), Toys Milano, Kind + Jugend (Cologne), and Salon Puericulture – Bébé Paris.
Plus, expansion in Latin America through showrooms and fashion shows in Colombia, Peru and Mexico. And finally, opening to the Middle East, incorporating fairs such as Baby Expo in Dubai or Riyadh, with a focus on high purchasing power markets.
