Baba West – the collaboration between fertility and pregnancy expert Zita West and Leonora Bamford’s parenting website My Baba – has launched a capsule collection of loungewear for pregnancy and beyond.

The collection comprises both a maternity and postnatal set. The sets cater to different stages in a woman’s pregnancy journey and with a woman’s changing body in mind. The maternity set comes in a neutral biscuit colour. It includes a zip-up top and matching joggers with an adjustable waistband. The postnatal set comes in navy and includes a hoodie with a tie string fastening at the neck and an easy to access breastfeeding panel. There are also matching joggers with an adjustable waistband.

Both styles both come in a sustainable, reusable bag and feature the highest grade of combed cotton.

The dyes are also OEKO TEX-certified and are kind to the environment and skin. In fact, the dye plants have water purifying and recycling plants to ensure no chemicals enter rivers or waterways. Plus, the water is reutilised, making the finishing process even more sustainable.

 

 

The small, family-owned factory in Portugal that produces the range is known for its attention to detail when it comes to producing each and every garment. It also has an exemplary track record when it comes to the well-being of its staff.

The loungewear sets come in S, M and L and are available via the Baba West website. Other products include a newly launched cotton swaddle. Plus, a range of children’s vitamins and supplements to support growth and development.
