Muddy Puddles

With almost 30 years’ experience providing waterproofs for nurseries, schools and forest schools, Muddy Puddles’ waterproofs are designed for outdoor learning and suitable for Early Years, Key Stages 1 and 2. Every Muddy Puddles piece is fully waterproof to 10,000mm, made from recycled fabric, and is Oeko-Tex Standard 100, with either taped or heat-sealed seams. Details such as elasticated cuffs, secure hoods and underfoot stirrups also ensure children stay dry. Within the Outdoor Learning range, there are three outerwear collections – Originals, Rainy Day and Puddleflex – plus Classic Wellies, all available from 12 months to 12 years.
Muddy Puddles Originals are made from 100% recycled nylon with a fluorine-free waterproof coating in a choice of four colours – red, bright blue, navy and green – and four styles: a puddle suit, jacket, trousers and dungaree. Muddy Puddles Rainy Day PU is made from 100% recycled polyester in a selection of bright colours that can be mixed and matched, with the dungarees being a popular choice paired with a jacket to make a set. The Muddy Puddles Puddleflex PU Collection is insulated with a recycled fleece lining and padding, available in jackets, a puddle suit, trousers and dungarees in three classic colours. The puddle suits are particularly popular with Early Years Forest Schools, where younger children need to stay warm and dry all day long. Muddy Puddles Classic Wellies in navy, red and green are a robust, simply designed welly, easy to put on and take off, and ideal for heavy repetitive wear in schools and nurseries. All of these collections are continuity lines and can be ordered/topped up anytime.

William Turner

William Turner’s unique hybrid offering of both UK and offshore tie production has proved very successful throughout 2023, with the UK coming into its own in the last few weeks before Back to School. Being able to respond quickly when it’s needed most is why UK-made is still so important and why customers continue to support it. Offering an economical offshore alternative, particularly in the current climate with the Uniform Bill and cost of living crisis, gives customers the best of both worlds.
At The Schoolwear Show, William Turner will be displaying some recently added designs to its Therma bottle range, including a new camouflage, animal prints and a tie-dye option. A new spout/straw lid for the Therma bottles (sold separately in singles) has also proved popular since its introduction in August. Other new additions for 2024 include micro-fibre quality summer hats (baseball caps, legionnaires and sun hats) available in all core school colours with an improved UV rating and a more modern feel. William Turner’s full and growing headwear range will also feature at the show, including made-to order winter caps. Finally, there will be some new concept bag designs including new style book bags, a junior holdall and a new style senior gym bag.
Visit William Turner at The Schoolwear Show, stand P290, to view the new additions, discuss Early Bird ordering for 2024 and, for the first time, access exclusive discounts off selected plain stock products for orders placed at the show only, including winterwear, water bottles, summer headwear and hair accessories.
