As schools across the country return to the classroom, a leading sportswear brand is offering bespoke face coverings as part of its new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) range.

GFORCE Sportswear, which offers high-quality teamwear to schools, colleges, teams and clubs up and down the country, and its sister brand Grahame Gardner, a specialist workwear and uniform provider, have combined expertise and specialisms to produce the bespoke washable masks, which are suitable for staff and pupils alike.

The wider PPE range also includes a variety of medical-grade disposable items and customisable face shield visors.

Commenting is Gemma Puffer (pictured), marketing director for Grahame Gardner and GFORCE Sportswear. “We know how important it is for schools and school retailers across the UK to get access to a full range of high-quality PPE.

“It is essential everyone in the school environment – pupils, colleagues, parents and the wider community – feel safe as we all enter into our new way of working and interacting with others on a daily basis again.

“This is even more pertinent in the education sector, with the Government announcement that all pupils will be back with face-to-face teaching this month and that secondary school students will be required to wear face coverings in classrooms as well as in corridor areas.

“As experts in garment customisation, our new washable face masks can be made fully bespoke with school logos, colours and designs. We recognise that for some institutions, it will be really important to have their own self-branded PPE; helping to create an approachable and welcoming first impression at the same time as promoting the safety of all.”

The personalised washable masks feature anti-static fabric.

They are also kind to skin; featuring a soft bamboo cotton interior that is both moisture managing and helps temperature control. There are two different fabrics to choose from; eyedroplet polyester outer with an antibacterial finish and also lightweight microshell with a water-resistant finish.
