Five pairs of Blade & Rose handmade leather baby shoes

British childrenswear brand Blade & Rose has unveiled a new collaboration with Inch Blue, the handmade leather baby shoe brand. The launch is a collection of baby shoes offering the comfort of Inch Blue’s high-quality leather craftsmanship with the vibrancy and fun of Blade & Rose’s distinctive characters.

Designed to complement Blade & Rose outfits, shoe designs include Maura the Mouse; Farmyard Tractor; Frankie the Lion; Flying Unicorn, and also Ellie the Elephant.

Multi-award-winning Blade & Rose was founded by mum-of-two Amanda Peffer whilst on maternity leave with her daughter. Peffer was inspired to design her own leggings after constantly pulling down her daughter’s dresses and tops to cover her nappy.

After finding nothing fun or fashionable on the market, she decided to design a range of leggings. The concept behind the leggings was “to embrace the beautiful nappy bottom instead of covering it”.

Upon gaining national success with its leggings, the brand expanded its range. It now produces clothing sets, hoodies, dresses and swimwear. It also operates in 33 countries.

Both Blade & Rose and Inch Blue are available for independent retailers to order wholesale online via The Childrenswear Association B2B Marketplace. It is free for retailers to register and order, simply click here to view the brands’ B2B stores.
