Blue Almonds, the luxury baby and toddler boutique on Walton Street in Kensington, has launched its 2026 House of Blue Almonds Residency, giving brands the chance to win an exclusive in-store pop-up.

Following a successful first year, the concept returns for a second, inviting emerging baby and toddler brands to pitch to an expert panel for the chance to secure an in-store spot at Blue Almonds.

The judges, including Victoria Evans, editor of City Kids, Ellie Thompson, editor of MyBaba, Nicola Perring, founder of The Nest, and Influencer Alice Vanderpump, will select three brands to be hosted in-store through the school year 2026-2027.

 

 

Winners for 2025/2026 included Gooseberry Fool, Marbra and Maison Juli, all of which benefited from the pop-up opportunity.

Blue Almonds was created by Iza Minkiewicz in 2007, focusing on curating premium baby products rooted in quality, craftsmanship and beautiful design. As part of its commitment to supporting small businesses, Blue Almonds has created a purpose-built House inside the flagship store to showcase products from emerging brands and start-ups.

Brands will be invited to enter online, with an easy application process. A shortlist of brands will then be selected to join Blue Almonds for online interviews, with the three winners receiving a term’s residency.

Those interested in attending the casting must send their video and application by 30th May. The casting will take place on 1 July 2026, with casting spots offered online. The winners will be announced on 1 August, with each winner allocated a term’s residency in-store. The first year’s intake will hit the store in time for the new school year in late September 2026.
