Chadwick Teamwear, a UK supplier of premium unbranded teamwear and trainingwear to schoolwear retailers, teamwear retailers and aspiring sportswear brands, has launched Our Little Guide to Making a Big Impact. The new publication outlines Chadwick’s commitment to sustainability, ethical manufacturing and responsible business practices across its global supply chain.
Founded in 1967, Chadwick Teamwear has a rich history of product excellence, but its latest initiative highlights a different kind of performance – the environmental and social kind. The guide is an honest insight into how the business is striving to balance profit, people and planet as part of a long-term, purpose-led approach to business.
“It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress,” says Joel Chadwick, MD of Chadwick Teamwear. “Our guide reflects the journey we’re on – taking accountability, building long-standing relationships with audited factories, and doing business the right way.”

Key highlights from the Little Guide to Making a Big Impact
Ethical Manufacturing: All partner factories are independently audited and comply with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct. Chadwick’s China team conducts regular face-to-face visits to ensure full traceability and accountability.
Sustainable Products & Packaging: From garments made with 100% recycled polyester to biodegradable packaging made from recycled materials, sustainability is built into every stitch and shipment. Certified Fabrics & Trims: Where possible, Chadwick sources its fabrics and trims from Oeko-Tex approved suppliers, helping to ensure materials are tested for harmful substances and manufactured responsibly.
Environmental Action: With over 400,000 trees planted through global reforestation efforts, and emissions reductions from smarter logistics and greener fleets, Chadwick is backing up its promises with action. Wellbeing & Inclusion: The guide also explores Chadwick’s investment in people, from in-house health initiatives to its pledges on menopause support, age inclusivity and mental health.
