As children around the country get ready to start the new school year, Clarks, the 195-year-old British shoe brand, is offering parents and carers a helping hand with its new Back to School Shoe Fit Guarantee.

The guarantee applies to shoes from the full price Back to School kids’ range purchased in-store between 13 July 2020 and 14 September 2020. It includes school shoes, school boots, plimsoles and also school sports shoes.

The guarantee applies to all shoes from an infant size 10 upwards. It will ensure the correct fit for children’s feet from the date of purchase until 28 February 2021.

Clarks will also ensure infant sizes 7 to 9.5 remain the correct fit from the date of purchase until 30 November 2020.

 

 

If a pair of shoes does not meet Clarks’ Guarantee policy, and where shoes no longer fit, it will offer an exchange. The exchange will be for a pair of shoes to the same value. If an exchange isn’t possible due to a lack of availability, Clarks will offer a full refund.

The Back to School Shoe Fit Guarantee only applies to shoes purchased between 13 July 2020 and 14 September 2020. Purchases also have to be from a Clarks store in the UK, ROI, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Finally, the shoes must be fitted by a trained Clarks fitter in one of its stores. Customers must also provide a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
