Students, budding entrepreneurs, individuals and companies wishing to enter the 2025 BPIA Concept & Innovation Awards have just a few weeks to submit their entries.

The awards are open to innovative new baby product ideas; everything from early drawing stage through to prototype or ready to reach the market. The only clause is that the product must not be available for sale before Harrogate International Nursery Fair on 12-14 October 2025.

Commenting is Julie Milne, general manager of the Baby Products Industry Association (BPIA). “The Concept & Innovation Awards highlight the ethos of our industry trade association. It encourages innovative thinking to produce new product ideas that are effective and safe, and make the lives of parents and their babies a little easier. Each year, we are almost overwhelmed by the creativity and often ground-breaking designs of many entries.”

The BPIA is keen to promote excellence and innovation in the nursery sector. These annual awards encourage this. Over the years, the judges have been presented with numerous interesting and innovative ideas, with many proceeding to market. The deadline for entries is noon on Friday 5 September 2025.
