Coolflow Schoolwear has teamed up with Micro-Fresh® to incorporate their anti-bacterial technology exclusively into its Charles Kirk ColourPlus Sweatshirt range. The range will be in stock from 2021.

Micro-Fresh® is an invisible treatment that lasts for the lifetime of the garment. It inhibits the growth and spread of bacteria, therefore allowing the garment to stay fresher for longer. Clothing is highly susceptible to bacteria which begins to multiply in as little as 20 minutes.

Micro-Fresh®, which is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Certified (Classes I, II, III, IV), is also hypoallergenic and vegan friendly.

How does Micro-Fresh® work?

Micro-Fresh® is infused at the manufacturing stage of the garment and inhibits the growth and spread of bacteria. It is formulated to remain active for the lifetime of the garment.

Micro-Fresh® is also sustainable and environmentally friendly. It does not contain plastic and its active ingredient is a natural and sustainable material.

Furthermore, fabrics treated with Micro-Fresh® encourage washing at lower temperatures. This in turn will prolong the life of the garment and reduce carbon footprint.

 

 

ColourPlus Sweatshirts

ColourPlus Sweatshirts, now with added Micro-Fresh®, are durable and comfortable with a cotton-rich backing for extra comfort. They are also available in vibrant colours that stay bright for the lifetime of the garment. Furthermore, the fabric is made with a minimum of 30% recycled fibres.
