New planet-friendly children’s footwear brand, The Dubs Universe, has been listed in the 2024 Startups 100 Index. Run by Startups.co.uk, the Startups 100 offers a showcase of new businesses that demonstrate innovation, solid financials, opportunity in their market, a great concept and a strong customer base or following.
As well as celebrating the best small businesses in the UK, the list is also an opportunity to grow a community of like-minded entrepreneurs and business owners who support and advocate for each other. The list has previously identified brands including Monzo, Deliveroo and HelloFresh.
The Dubs Universe is a new children’s footwear brand that makes trainers focused on design, technology, fun and sustainability. Its shoes use recycled and planet-friendly materials to create comfortable, supportive and durable footwear. As well as withstanding wear and tear from active kids, the shoes are easy to slip on and off and to clean.
The Dubs Universe is on a mission to push sustainable boundaries within a traditionally planet-polluting industry.
It offers a truly circular and stylish footwear solution for conscious parents. And, by partnering with the charity Sal’s Shoes, the brand ensures its outgrown shoes avoid ending up in landfill and instead go to children who need them the most.
