With almost 30 years’ experience providing waterproofs for nurseries, schools and forest schools, Muddy Puddles’ waterproofs are designed for outdoor learning, suitable for Early Years Key Stages 1 and 2.

Every Muddy Puddles piece is fully waterproof to 10,000mm, made from recycled fabric and is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, with either taped or heat-sealed seams. Details such as elasticated cuffs, secure hoods and underfoot stirrups ensure children stay dry whilst playing outside and with water.

Within Muddy Puddles’ Outdoor Learning range there are three outerwear collections – Originals, Rainy Day and Puddleflex – plus Classic Wellies, all available in sizes from 12 months to 12 years. Muddy Puddles Originals, a bestseller for over 20 years, are made from 100% recycled nylon with a fluorine-free waterproof coating in a choice of four colours – red, bright blue, navy and green – and four styles: a puddle suit, jacket, trousers and dungaree.

Muddy Puddles Rainy Day PU is made from 100% recycled polyester in a selection of bright colours that can be mixed and matched, with the dungarees being a popular choice paired with a jacket to make a set.

Unique to Muddy Puddles is its Puddleflex PU Collection. Insulated with a recycled fleece lining and padding ideal for cold winter months, it is available in jackets, a puddle suit, trousers and dungarees in three classic colours. The puddle suits are popular with Early Years forest schools, where younger children need to stay warm and dry all day.

Finally, Muddy Puddles Classic wellies in navy, red and green are a robust, simply designed welly, easy to put on and take off, making them ideal for heavy repetitive wear in schools and nurseries. All of these collections are continuity lines and can be ordered/topped up at any time. For further information, please click here.
