People stood in the halls of Harrogate International Nursery Fair

Harrogate International Nursery Fair is advising potential exhibitors to secure their space at the show before the schools break up for summer, with only 20-25 stand allocations now remaining across the exhibition’s five halls.

“Whilst October may seem a long way off, once the holiday period begins, it soon appears,” says show organiser Adrian Sneyd. “We would always advise that it’s far less stressful to make sure you’re not one of the last-minute bookings that always arrive in September, when people get back from their summer break and realise it’s already upon them, which can lead to disappointment with the only stand options available.

“We already have a great-looking fair planned and commitment from around 100 exhibitors. There are only a couple of stand allocations available in Hall B, with three other halls totally sold out. Hall Q already has some favourite brands confirmed. However, there’s still a choice of prime positions available if brands are quick to secure them. If companies know that they plan to attend but simply haven’t got round to booking, I firmly advise them to get in touch as soon as possible.”

Industry feedback

Lamia Ben of LeoKing Babywear, who exhibited at the show in 2023, says, “Well, if we could rate 100 stars I would do so without any doubt for this successful event – Harrogate International Nursery Fair. We really had a great time; the whole team were engaged, and the networking opportunities were fantastic from the start.”

Anne de Montbel of BabyBjörn also has positive feedback, stating, “It was a very good show with the right number of visitors. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of Irish customers/prospects, we hadn’t expected so many.”

Harrogate International Nursery Fair takes place at the Harrogate Convention Centre from 13-15 October 2024. Prices and booking forms for the show can be found here. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss options further, please contact adrian@nurseryfair.com.
