Finnsøn, the sustainable brand known for Scandinavian-inspired changing bags and parenting accessories, has been certified as a B Corporation following an 18-month assessment by B Lab.
The B Corp certification recognises businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. “Becoming a Certified B Corporation has been our goal since day one,” say Finnsøn founders Amy James and Kate Mawdsley. “It recognises our commitment to creating products that are better for families and the planet.”
Finnsøn now joins more than 10,700 Certified B Corporations worldwide, including over 2,700 businesses in the UK. “We are delighted to welcome Finnsøn to the B Corp community,” adds Chris Turner, CEO of B Lab UK. “This is a movement of companies committed to changing how business operates and proving business can be a force for good.”

Sustainability in practice
Finnsøn’s 2026 Impact Report outlines the initiatives behind its certification, including circular fashion partnerships; lower-impact material sourcing; responsible production and logistics; use of non-toxic materials; and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Stakeholder research showed strong support for B Corp certification amongst Finnsøn’s customers, suppliers and shareholders. In 2026, Finnsøn will expand employee volunteering, strengthen supply chain transparency, collect carbon emissions data to inform its climate action plan, and develop Digital Product Passports to improve product traceability.
