People and planet conscious childrenswear brand, Frugi, has launched its a/w 26 collection, Tales from the Glen, for wholesale pre-order. The new seasonal story takes inspiration from the warmth of home and the wonder of the wild Scottish Highlands.
As part of the design process, the Frugi design team embarked on an immersive research trip to Scotland, exploring its glens, wildlife-filled woodlands, and scenic landscapes dotted with cabins. The designers drew inspiration for every element of the collection from this first-hand experience – filling sketchbooks with drawings and photographs, and jotting down notes capturing small, thoughtful moments along the way.
Tales from the Glen brings together the snug spirit of fire-lit cabins, with the sense of adventure found in wide open landscapes. Earthy greens, russet reds and wildlife-inspired prints run throughout, evoking both the creatures and environments that make the Highlands their home. The result is a collection for little explorers who know that home is the best beginning and ending to every journey.

AW26 collection highlights
Frugi’s Back to School range offers a robust line-up of outerwear, coats, all-in-ones, backpacks and accessories – all crafted using recycled materials – as well as Frugi-designed and produced footwear. This range provides everything children need to start or return to nursery and school in comfort, colour and durability.
Meanwhile, My First Frugi is a curated edit of soft organic cotton essentials with thoughtful details for babies’ first years, making it ideal for gifting and welcoming new arrivals. The Christmas Collection is a festive assortment featuring cosy knitwear, corduroy and party dresses, as well as family twinning pyjamas.
Marking Frugi’s largest circular autumn/winter range to date, this collection introduces 160 new recyclable pieces with the brand’s organic cotton knitwear and baby clothing. It also includes 14 styles made from recycled materials and is designed to be fully recyclable at end of life, closing the loop and reducing the demand for virgin fibres.

Thoughtful organic designs for everyday adventures
Frugi has always exclusively used organic cotton for all its virgin cotton pieces. The brand is proudly GOTS-certified by the Soil Association, ensuring every garment meets the highest standards for both people and the planet.
Designed for real life and offering more value for consumers, thoughtful Frugi touches also make each piece last longer and feel more fun. Notable details across the collection include extendable cuffs and waistbands to fit for longer, reinforced knees for durability, and playful, interactive details.
Frugi will be exhibiting at the INDX National Kidswear Show on 15-16 February, where buyers can explore the full collection in person. To book an appointment at the show, arrange a virtual presentation, or for further information, contact ben.allen@welovefrugi.com.
