Girlguiding is running a competitive tender process to find and select a team who will lead the re-design of its uniform across all sections of Girlguiding.

As the UK’s largest youth organisation dedicated completely to girls, Girlguiding helps all girls know they can do anything. With this project, there is the opportunity to design a completely new uniform range that resonates with girls and volunteers of all ages.

 

 

Girlguiding has been around for over 110 years.

It has changed a lot in that time, and so has its uniform. This year, the Girlguiding brand was refreshed with a new look. Now, for the first time in over 30 years since the iconic Jeff Banks 1990s design, the organisation is redesigning its whole uniform range, giving over 370,000 girls and volunteers a brand new look from 2026.

The search is now on for a design partner(s) who will join Girlguiding over the next eight months to work on this project. The organisation is looking for vision, insight and creativity to deliver fresh concept designs, concept samples and tech packs across all sections of Girlguiding.
