Hector & Queen specialises in the design and production of award-winning products including children’s bedroom furniture, felted slippers and felted animals.

The brand’s latest children’s range is the new Snow Leopard line, which is available both as a felted rug and also as slippers. Chui Wa the Snow Leopard rug is handmade using natural wools and dyes and measures approximately 130cm x 75cm.

The matching slippers are handcrafted by skilled women within a small co-operative near Kathmandu, who shape the wool by hand using soap and water.

The slippers also have hand-sewn features, non-slip, suedette soles and come in a fairtrade organic drawstring bag. Sizes are 0+ months (baby booties); age 1 to 2 years; 2 to 3 years; and 3 to 4 years.

 

 

Other animals available in the collection include a whale, zebra, shark, rhino and polar bear, to name but a few.

All of Hector & Queen’s products support TUSK, which helps to raise awareness of protecting endangered animals. For every purchase of the handmade wildlife slippers, Hector & Queen donates 20% of the sale to the  charity.
