M&S Kids, YoungMinds and The Doodle Boy are collaborating once again on a limited edition ‘Hello Yellow’ kidswear collection to support World Mental Health Day on 10 October. The collection aims to raise important funds for YoungMinds, with all profits going to the charity alongside two weeks of till donations in stores from 26 September.

Joe Whale, aka The Doodle Boy, has exclusively designed a T-shirt, hoodie, socks, beanie hat, stress ball and wristband, which all feature his doodles and positive affirmations set against a palette of dopamine yellow – symbolic with World Mental Health Day.

Available in sizes 6-16 years, each piece is designed to inspire confidence and encourage conversations about mental health, making it more accessible for young people and their families to discuss these important topics.

Commenting is Alexandra Dimitriu, Director of Kidswear at M&S.

“We’re so pleased to be working with The Doodle Boy to support the YoungMinds Hello Yellow Day campaign on World Mental Health Day. At M&S, we believe in the power of creativity and self-expression, and this partnership with YoungMinds reflects our commitment to supporting young people’s mental health all across the country in the best way we know how – through a stylish and fun collection of childrenswear pieces with all profits benefitting the charity.”

Hello Yellow Day is where YoungMinds aims to bring schools and kids together on World Mental Health Day (Thursday 10 October), encouraging them to wear yellow as an act of solidarity, as well as participating in fundraising activities to help the charity continue delivering vital resources to the millions of young people in the UK.

Laura Bunt, chief executive of YoungMinds, adds: “We’re so excited to be collaborating with M&S and The Doodle Boy for Hello Yellow. We want this year to be bigger than ever and with their support, we will reach more young people than ever before. We hope people across the country will join us on World Mental Health Day by wearing something yellow to show young people they’re not alone with their mental health.”
