JoJo Maman Bébé is introducing its new takeback scheme, JoJo Reloved, in partnership with thelittleloop, a leading pre-loved clothing shop for kids. Launched in the UK this month, the circular fashion initiative makes it easier than ever to give children’s used clothes that are too good for one childhood another life and earn money in the process.
Through JoJo Reloved, there’s no need for listing or haggling, just an easy way to earn credit by trading in children’s clothes. Customers can use the simple trade-in tool on the JoJo website for the most accurate credit estimate, or pick up a clear-out bag from their local JoJo store.
Either option allows customers to earn credit for JoJo items (and those from other thelittleloop partner brands), which they can exchange for a voucher to spend on the JoJo website or with other participating partners. Unlike other resale platforms, users don’t need to wait for the item to sell before earning their credit.
The start of this scheme coincides with the introduction of JoJo’s new older kids’ range, JoJo Junior, which goes up to 9 years and also launched this month. The timing of these two initiatives is purposeful, supporting JoJo’s mission to reduce fashion waste.
Commenting is Mark Wright, CEO of JoJo Maman Bébé
“We’re delighted to launch JoJo Reloved, an easy-to-use takeback scheme that benefits our customers and helps to ensure quality JoJo clothes are re-worn and reloved by even more kids. Partnering with thelittleloop, a leading and trusted pre-loved clothing shop for kids, is something we’re truly excited about. It partners with loads of ethical and sustainable brands to help their customers resell their clothes and offer a high-quality, pre-loved selection in a one-stop shop, without the need for photographing items, haggling over prices, or the other usual resale faff.
“For over 30 years, JoJo has been setting the standard in kids’ retail, designing playful, great quality clothes. We’ve always known that our customers resell and pass on our clothes when they’re outgrown, so we’re thrilled to introduce this easy platform to ensure that JoJo clothes are cherished, shared, and loved by even more kids – JoJo is too good for just one childhood.”

Also commenting is Charlotte Morley, CEO of thelittleloop
“Partnering with JoJo Maman Bébé is an incredible milestone in our mission to make reusing children’s clothing the norm. We know from experience that JoJo clothing is beautifully designed and made to last. And so, helping JoJo to offer true circularity to its customers, in a way which reduces the burden of pre-loved reselling on parents, feels like a natural step. We’re extremely excited for the partnership and to bring even more beautiful, pre-loved JoJo clothing to our customers.”
Over the last decade, JoJo’s short-term donation initiatives have saved over 30 tonnes of children’s and babies’ clothing from going to waste. With the launch of JoJo Reloved, this effort becomes year-round – a clear step in its commitment to sustainability and helping to build a better future for generations to come.
The initiative also reflects JoJo’s B Corp values, balancing purpose with profit while upholding high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability across everything that it does. For further information, please click here.
