Titled Imagine, the a/w 22 collection from Lilly + Sid is inspired by the endangered creatures on planet Earth and also a future where anything is possible.
The seasonal girls’ collection celebrates all creatures great and small. Countryside characters collide with those sadly extinct; a reminder to protect our beautiful planet. Bears, hedgehogs and deer feature in prints and patterns, making surprise appearances on pockets and sleeves too. Fact and fantasy blur with the unique unicorn featuring as both an all-over print and appliques across the range.
Sage green and blue are borrowed from land and sea. These natural tones mix back with bright colour pops to reflect a promising future built on today’s actions. The rainbow motif, meanwhile, is the ultimate symbol of new beginnings.
The contrast of old and new also continues into garment shapes. Vintage collars make a statement on dresses and tops in jersey and woven fabrications. Jumpsuits continue to be key, softened this season with frills and embroideries, a nod to 70s dressing. Soft volume is seen on casualwear with pretty elastication and gathered hems, a new look for separates or top to toe outfitting.

Cotton is GOTS certified in all jersey and woven fabrics. The plant-based ecovera Viscose is derived from sustainable wood pulp from controlled sources with lower emissions. New for the season is Eco Rainwear, creating new life from old waste. The waterproof fabric features recycled single-use plastic bottles, with each jacket saving around 28 bottles from landfill.
Explore fantastic friends in the new boys’ collection with both dragons and dinosaurs. Rare snow leopards, bears and seals are also key motifs. The magic print casts a spell on the endangered species, ensuring protection for future generations. Elsewhere, character pockets and monster spikes appear across the collection for 0-8 years, bringing the fun of dress-up into everyday wear.
