Following on from the success of the Joy and Positivity range for s/s 22, award-winning children’s outerwear brand Muddy Puddles is launching the Happy Planet collection for s/s 23.
The Happy Planet collection features the same products re-imagined with a new colour palette and prints. Highlights include bold blues, rose-hued lilacs, red, soft golden orange and a warm-toned blue-green. Product-wise it comprises EcoLight Jackets, EcoLight Puddlesuits, waterproof robes, a UV swimwear range and a towelling poncho.

It also includes an exclusive puffin print curated with The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) to connect growing explorers with nature. Muddy Puddles will be donating 10% of sales from the print to the charity. Other designs include lilac rainbow, blue rainbow, happy planet and colour block.
Ideal for the warmer weather, the EcoLight Jackets (12 months to 12 years) and the EcoLight Puddlesuits (newborn to six years) are waterproof up to 10,000mm and breathable (3000gm2) too.
All Muddy Puddles gear uses 100% recycled materials with a water and dirt repellent PFC free Bionic Finish® Eco coating and is packaged in biodegradable polybags
The UV protection swimwear, meanwhile, comes with UPF50+ sun protection as standard. The full collection includes separates − rash vests, girls’ bottoms and shorts, Surf Swimsuits and boys’ shorts (18 months to 12 years), as well as all-in-ones for younger children (six months to six years). Matching sunhats with wide brims and chin straps are also available.
Finally, there are towelling ponchos and waterproof robes for children aged 2 to 12 years. The waterproof robe is lined with 100% recycled lambswool fleece and has side pockets, a full hood and adjustable cuffs. The towelling poncho has a 100% cotton hood lining and an 82%/18% polyester fabric mix.
