Epoch Making Toys markets and distributes the Epoch brands in the UK and Eire. At INDX Toy & Gift on 14-15 March, it will unveil the latest ranges from its brand family, which consists of Sylvanian Families, Aquabeads and Super Mario Games.
Sylvanian Families
Sylvanian Families is a 38-year-old brand built on the pillars of nature, family and love. This season sees the launch of two new playsets in the Sylvanian Families Amusement Land collection, including the pastel-coloured, Floating Cloud Rainbow Train.
The freewheeling train features a cloud of smoke escaping the chimney, which provides seating for three baby figures and bobs up and down as the train moves. Also new to the Amusement Park range is the Royal Princess Set.
The latest family to move into the Sylvanian Families village is the Fennec Fox Family. Additional family members come with the Sunny Picnic Set, too. For Easter, there is a new limited-edition Easter Celebration Set. Also available for spring is the tenth Baby Collectible Series; the ideal pocket money purchase.
Aquabeads
New products include the Aquabeads Nail Studio line, which allows children to design and create their own stylish nails using just water. The Aquabeads Disney Princess Nail Studio Set includes 56 nails in a shiny finish and 120 Disney Princess-themed decorations in eight colours. What’s more, the nails are reusable, allowing a child to wear them several times. The set also comes with pink tweezers, a water nail polish bottle with a brush, a case, stickers, and instructions.
This spring also sees Aquabeads launch the brand-new shiny beads. Available in the Shiny Bead Pack are 2,000 Aquabeads in solid, polygon and star bead shapes, all in an array of 24 shiny colours. Meanwhile, budding palaeontologists will love the new Dinosaur World. The set comes with 1,200 beads in 28 colours, a creation display, layout tray, design pegs, and accessories for making keyrings.
Super Mario Game
This season Epoch Games is launching a Super Mario Game ahead of the new movie release. The tabletop tennis rally game allows players to slide their characters left and right to receive the ball and hit the button at the right time to serve and return. The scoreboard helps keep track of the match in true tennis style.
The game also comes with collectable Mario and Luigi figures. These are interchangeable with other Super Mario games that are part of the Epoch Games Link System. No batteries required and suitable from age 5+.
