Mini Mode has launched a new interview series where children host interviews with kidswear designers from across the world. The series is available on IGTV, YouTube and also as a Podcast on various platforms.

In episode one, 12-year-old Maya Glitters interviews African inspired childrenswear brand Akwa Baby. In this episode, they discuss trends, sustainability, the future and more.

 

 

Akwa Baby offers a unisex kids’ clothing range that it designs to stand out and spread a positive message. Inspired by Nnenna Emily’s Nigerian heritage and the African art of storytelling textiles, the clothing carries symbols to represent affirmations and positive messages of self-belief and love.
