Playtime will kick off 2026 with the winter edition of Playtime Paris on 24-26 January. Bringing together 280 brands from 38 countries, it will offer buyers a diverse and inclusive range of children’s products from birth through to teens.
This season’s theme, Made With Love, will be experienced in both the digital and physical spheres, unified by the concept of a “fil rouge” – a symbolic red thread. This concept serves as a narrative guide, weaving together the stories and individuals within the Playtime community.
Made With Love will invite visitors to discover activities, workshops, exhibitions, and experiences that highlight expert craftsmanship, collaborations, family success stories, and more.

Visitors will find three trend spaces: fashion, lifestyle, and first-timers
These spaces will set the tone for a/w 26-27, revealing key themes, colours, and materials to guide buyers in their selection. Exclusive conferences will encourage discussion, offering an inspiring overview of market trends, while personalised meetings with experts will help brands refine their strategy for the future. Children will also have their own space, where they can attend fun and creative workshops.

A new voice for the show
In October, Playtime launched a new communication strategy by appointing its first-ever ambassador, further strengthening ties with its community. Photographer and mother of two, Claudia Cabrero, a longtime collaborator known for creating editorials and exclusive content for Playtime, has been selected for this role.
Through her Instagram account @olivalclauca, she will share updates, her favourite brands, and the new labels she’s discovering. She will also share behind-the-scenes content at both Playtime Paris and Playtime New York.

Fashion, lifestyle, shoes, parenthood, exclusive brands, new labels…
From iconic, pioneering brands to emerging labels reinventing the sector, more than 280 exhibitors (+8% compared to June 2025) will showcase their collections at this season’s Playtime Paris. The trade show will bring together 78% returning exhibitors and welcome 22% new brands, with an overall ratio of 60% fashion, 20% shoes and 20% lifestyle.

New Now and Singular
Two dedicated spaces, New Now and Singular, will boost visibility for both new brands and established brands participating at the show for the first time. New Now will highlight eight ready-to-wear and footwear brands: Resbelle, Prenta shoes, LouieLouie, Petit Stella, Fable & Bear, Oona Kids, Maru+Bo, and Leaffae Organic Secrets.
Singular, a space designed like a pop-up store, will showcase a diverse range of products ranging from ready-to-wear to skincare, as well as accessories, toys, and everyday items: Tom et Gaby, Adolia, Les femmes à barbe, Iku, Gang of Monsters, Cub Zay, Les petits architectes, and Maduko.

Fostering creativity and innovation
Other highlights include Playtime Paris’ fashion trend spaces, which will see Future Snoops’ two major trends of the season – Dusk and Allusion – come to life in two spaces created by set designer Amélie Lengrand. A curated space by artistic director, set designer and decorator, Fanny Petit, will showcase lifestyle products, featuring exhibitors’ everyday objects in a kitchen scene that highlights family traditions and the Made With Love theme.
Meanwhile, First Timer Trends turns the spotlight to brands participating at the show for the first time, with a selection of products chosen by Playtime’s experts. The event will also showcase a selection of artists whose work will enhance different areas of the show, while The Creative Studio will present 12 illustrators and designers’ latest patterns and all-over prints ready to come to life on new products. Additionally, a new space will allow visitors to discover the winter vision boards from Playtime’s press partners.
The Playtime Trade Shows App will once again be available, allowing visitors to scan and save brands’ contact information, read the complete programme, and check practical information.

Playtime New York
Playtime will continue this season in the USA from 8-10 February 2026, with Playtime New York hosting over 280 American and international brands across its three-days.
