Two children laughing wearing coats by Reima

Reima, the Finnish performance childrenswear brand for 0 to 12 years, has won the prestigious ISPO Award for its barefoot shoe, Tallustelu.

The Tallustelu barefoot shoe offers a sporty and technical appearance and includes several key features. The lightweight shoes are entirely zero heel, which frees kids to stand, walk and run naturally. A spacious last, meanwhile, lets children’s toes grow straight.

Furthermore, a waterproof membrane makes the Tallustelu shoe among the first waterproof barefoot trainers for children. Finally, the shoes are also vegan-friendly and include recycled material.

Sustainably designed apparel that lets kids be kids.

Claire Stephens, Reima’s UK and Ireland agent, will be showcasing the brand’s latest collection, including the barefoot shoes, at INDX Kids in July.

“I am so happy to be bringing the joy of Reima to the UK and Ireland,” says Stephens. “This s/s 24 collection is the best yet, and I cannot wait to show the buyers this new and exciting brand. Reima really encapsulates the joy of apparel and footwear whatever the weather.”

Since 1944, Reima has been innovating long-lasting clothes and footwear that allow children of all ages, shapes and sizes, to feel comfortable and confident outdoors. For further information on Reima, please click here. Alternatively, click here for INDX Kids visitor registration.
