A group of four people sat at a table on an exhibition stand displaying toys at the INDX Toys Show

The INDX Toys Show, which is brought to market by leading UK buying and services group Associated Independent Stores Ltd (AIS) and curated by the AIS toy division, Playroom, will be returning once again in September as the only dedicated toy industry event for autumn 2025.

Taking place at Cranmore Park in Solihull, the home of AIS, the show will run on 2-3 September 2025, offering visitors the opportunity to secure stock for Christmas and preview new launch products for 2026.

Commenting on the show is Rosie Marshall, Head of Toys & Children’s Gifts at AIS.

“The unique proposition for INDX trade shows is that they are ‘curated by buyers, for buyers,’ and therefore we continually review the best time to hold the shows for everyone to benefit commercially. With a broad visitor base, which includes leading department stores, standalone toy and gift stores, garden centres and multi-national retailers, it’s important that INDX Toys supports all-year-round trading.”

The event showcases the latest ranges and market innovations from leading suppliers across toys, children’s gifts, and kidult gifting. Exhibitor booking is now open, with key suppliers including Asmodee, Bigjigs Toys, Character Options, Playmobil, Plus Plus, SES Creative, Smart Toys and VTech already securing their stands.

Admission to the show is free, with ample free parking available. INDX Toys Show also offers complimentary barista coffee, refreshments and free breakfast pastries. Buyer registration is now open, and tickets are available via this link.
