Commenting is Prashant Kapoor, director of School Bells. “With the growth of the business, it was important to keep up with the latest technology and hence we decided to invest and upgrade our Epos system.
“We believe having good stock control helps maintain and meet expectations from customers. Having quick access to our sales history and product data also helps us forecast our budget.
“From connecting back office to shop floor operations and processing quicker customer transactions to marketing initiatives; Epos has ensured we have a smooth day to day operation.”
Like any business, School Bells’ aim is to continue pursuing growth and expansion.
Subsequently, the retailer’s plans include opening more stores and gaining presence in new areas. It will also continue to strengthen the online business and work to retain its high levels of customer service.
“We keep things simple. Our business is based on three core factors – ‘Excellent Quality, Affordable Prices & Friendly Customer Service’ – and we strive hard to maintain them,” continues Kapoor.
“Coming from a hospitality background, I know the importance of service. We put great effort into training our staff and making sure they provide excellent service to every customer and school we come in contact with. This is the reason why our customers keep returning back to us and also why our schools prefer us as their supplier.”
Since opening in 2012, School Bells has earned a solid reputation in West London. The business now supplies to more than 35 schools including primary and secondary schools, academies and nurseries.
