Specialist schoolwear retailer Tru Uniforms has been awarded Schoolwear Retailer of the Year – North West England, in the Style & Apparel Awards 2022.

Organised by LUXlife Magazine, 2022 marks the first Style and Apparel Awards. Focusing solely on the fashion, apparel and accessories sector, results are based on merit through research conducted by LUXlife’s experienced in-house team of judges.

Commenting on the award win is Tru Uniforms’ Ankur Vij. “The past two years have been challenging for all of us, especially families, schools and local businesses. That being said, it gives me great pleasure to be able to see those friendly faces again post-lockdown and be part of helping families and schools get back to normal.

The brand Tru Schoolwear launched in 1991. The business has since seen year-on-year growth and remains a heavy-weight player in the North West region. In addition to its most recent accolade, Tru Uniforms also won School Supply Store of the Year 2021/2022 in the Prestige Awards.
