Meadowhall is working with Global toy brand Mattel and award-winning experiential events production company Bakehouse Factory to bring Barbie™ to Sheffield’s Meadowhall for ‘Barbie You Can Be Anything: The Experience,’ premiering this autumn.

The new attraction builds on the Barbie brand legacy of representation of girls and women enjoying a huge spectrum of careers. Youngsters and their families will get the chance to try out numerous career options in interactive zones. Developed by the Bakehouse team in partnership with Mattel, the attraction is hosted by performers who will bring an immersive interpretation to some of  Barbie’s careers.

Colourful and interactive, the hands-on experience encourages kids to get involved.

From being a pilot in the Barbie Dreamplane™ and designing your own Barbie outfit in the fashion design studio to learning about underwater life as a Marine Biologist, this is a place where You Can Be Anything. Thousands of visitors are expected to experience the attraction during its Meadowhall residency; each one enjoying a unique 90 minutes of entertainment.

The attraction opens on 30 September 2023 and will run until 7 January 2024.
