Since launching in 2008, 1 Two Kids has remained committed to sourcing innovative and unique children’s products from around the globe.

However, the team is undoubtedly most proud of bringing the iconic teether Sophie La Girafe to the UK.

Now in its 11th year, the company is still the UK’s official and exclusive distributor of the famous Sophie La Girafe. In fact, it was Sophie that inspired the creation of the business.

Having been introduced to the product 13 years ago, founders Ginny and Irfaan decided they needed to share France’s best-kept secret with families in the UK.

Sophie La Girafe was the first product 1 Two Kids distributed and it still remains the highest performing line for the family-run business.

Now a team of seven, 1 Two Kids works with over 500 retailers across the UK and Ireland. Its portfolio comprises six brands including multi-award-winning 3 Sprouts; Nailmatic® Kids; Play & Go; Milestone; and the recently launched BiOBUDDi.

Commenting on the business’s progress is Ginny Jogee, director of 1 Two Kids. “It all started when our friends came back from a holiday in France with a gift for our newborn twins; their very own Sophie La Girafe. Our kids fell in love with Sophie and then all of their friends did, too.

“At the time you couldn’t easily find her in the UK. We were inspired to change that and 1 Two Kids was born. Since then we’ve been searching out other fantastic products and are very proud to be the exclusive distributor of a number of iconic brands.”
