tonies® has confirmed the UK launch of Disney’s hit musical Encanto in Tonie form. The Encanto Tonie was recently launched in the US and immediately became the number one bestseller, signalling an equally enthusiastic reception in the UK.

Disney’s Encanto film won an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film in 2021 and remains a firm favourite with Disney devotees. It has now been brought to life in audio form to be enjoyed by fans of the multi-award-winning Toniebox at home or away. The new Tonie follows over 30 Disney Tonie titles, which has become the brand’s leading license.

Encanto tells the tale of the Madrigals, an extraordinary family living in a magical house in the mountains of Colombia. The hand-painted Tonie features Mirabel, the lead character in the film. It includes readings of the Encanto story with the original cast in both English and Spanish. Songs, meanwhile, include Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hit We Don’t Talk About Bruno, Family Madrigal, Surface Pressure, What Else Can I Do? and Dos Oruguitas.
