Visitors at Playtime Paris SS23

Playtime Paris returned in full force to Parc Floral on 2-4 July, presenting the latest s/s 23 collections from 320 brands – 70% fashion and 30% lifestyle. Attracting 2,660 visitors from 53 countries, this season also marked the return of international visitors, including buyers from the Middle East, Asia and the US attending for the first time.

With each post-pandemic show, Playtime continues to see its brand list evolve. To highlight new exhibitors, the entrance of the show featured a special selection of brands making their debut. Labels such as Les Marsiens, Esther kids, P. Denim, Wawa, WOP, Studio noos, Tnin shoes, and Louise et Gabriel were amongst those joining Playtime Paris for the first time.

Elsewhere, the Singular space returned for a second time.

The Singular space saw emerging labels and their mini-series or mono-products on display. Exhibited like a pop-up shop, buyers could freely explore these inspiring brands.

Another spotlight for all that is new is the show’s New Now area. This dedicated space returned for s/s 23, allowing visitors to discover collections that bring a fresh perspective to the show. Making this season’s selection was Barbara Perino, who chose 10 brands to be featured in the space.

Finally, after its successful debut for the winter shows, Street View is back to enable verified buyers to walk – or rewalk – the entire show. This tool prolongs exposure for brands as well as the buying experience for retailers.

The next edition of Playtime Paris takes place on 28-30 January 2023. For further information, please click here.
