School uniform brand Trutex has launched a scheme to allow pupils to send thank-you notes to their teachers across the UK. The initiative is completely free of charge and children can nominate a teacher using an online form.
The scheme aims to give young people and parents a chance to show their appreciation for all the hard work their teachers do; particularly as many pupils may now not have the chance to say thank you personally before the end of the school year.
Using the online form, pupils and parents can easily craft a personal message. Plus, Trutex will do the printing and posting on the sender’s behalf. The teacher will then receive their card within the next seven days.
Nominations will be open for a limited period depending on demand.
Commenting on the initiative is Matthew Easter, Group CEO. “We all know how hard teachers work to support our children every year. We felt it was a real shame that many pupils would not necessarily have the chance to thank them personally before the end of this school year.
“What better way than to receive a bright and personal thank-you note in their school as a reminder of how much they are valued?”
