Young Soles, the award-winning luxury children’s footwear brand, is partnering with Mike McGeown. The appointment will help support Young Soles’ growth in the UK and Irish children’s footwear markets, as demand for the brand increases.
McGeown brings over 40 years’ experience in both UK and international sales and marketing to the role. This includes 20 years in senior UK and international management roles at Clarks and building the UK and Ireland business for GEOX. Also, involvement in establishing and building the UK and Ireland business for Lelli Kelly.
The UK is currently the third largest wholesale market for Young Soles. Over 40 retailers currently or previously stocked Young Soles, including Alex and Alexa, Childrensalon, Liberty of London, Selfridges and Trotters.
