Danish children’s brand BIBS has introduced place mats to its mealtime range to help keep surfaces covered and messes contained. The mat also helps prevent plates or bowls from moving when using cutlery. The muted Scandinavian design combines style and functionality and takes inspiration from two of the brand’s most popular pacifiers.

The exterior edge of the Place Mat Classic coordinates with the Colour Pacifier. Meanwhile, the popular Boheme pacifier’s pattern is carried over into the design of Place Mat Boheme. Both styles come in an array of BIBS colours to complement modern family homes and the rest of the mealtime range.

 

 

The BIBS Place Mats are made of safe, 100% food-grade silicone, featuring all-around raised edges to keep spills and messes to a minimum. The material provides grip and clings easily to most smooth and non-porous surfaces without sliding around. The mats are also foldable for easy transportation when on the go and are dishwasher safe.
