Award-winning British childrenswear brand Blade & Rose has launched matching eco waterproof rucksacks and eco lunchboxes. The products are made sustainably from recycled polyester derived from plastic bottles.

A welcome addition to Blade & Rose’s clothing and accessories ranges, the new collection caters to summer adventures and the return to nursery and school. It also features three of the brand’s bestselling prints: Frankie Lion, Maura Mouse and Highland Cow.

 

 

The eco rucksacks have comfort, durability and practicality in mind. Built to withstand year-round British weather, they feature waterproof recycled polyester. They also have adjustable padded shoulder straps; a roomy, main zipped compartment; a front zipped section for quick access items, as well as a mesh side pocket for water bottles.

The matching eco lunchboxes have a padded recycled polyester casing to help keep food cool and protect the contents. The zipped lunchboxes also include a handy padded carry handle and a nametag on the reverse.

 

 

Prints

Blade & Rose’s Frankie Lion rucksack comes in a pale blue and teal colourway, with navy straps and an all-over Frankie Lion print. The matching navy lunchbox features a mustard yellow zip and handle detailing, with a single Frankie Lion print featuring on the front.

The Highland Cow comes in a red and navy colourway with grey straps and has an all-over Highland Cow and tractor print. The matching navy lunchbox features a red zip and grey handle detail, with a single Highland Cow print on the front.

 

 

Finally, the Maura Mouse range comes in a sky blue and pale coral colourway with yellow straps. It features Maura Mouse in an all-over print surrounded by dainty flowers. The matching lunchbox comes in a deep coral, with a bright yellow zip and handle detailing. Completing the design is a single Maura the Mouse print on the front.
