Children’s shoe brand Bobux has unveiled a new a/w collection of Soft Sole shoes, the introduction of which coincides with the launch of its revamped website.

Bobux’s designers have a deep consideration for the sensory attributes of the characters that appear on the Soft Sole designs. From the position of their features to the stitching and layering. Also, the texture, colour and geometry; every aspect of Bobux’s Soft Soles is deliberate.

Wild Things

The Wild Things mini collection showcases the spots, stripes and shapes of the wildest characters in the Bobux universe. They start with the classic Soft Sole recipe; a simple base, hidden inner seam, elasticated ankle and super soft leather and suede. Wild Things Soft Soles are then finished with animal print designs – a giraffe, leopard and zebra print.

Paw Pals

Simple and subtle, the Paw Pals mini collection offers minimalist design brought to life through texture. Highlights include stitched appliqués to create a layered effect and a mixture of smooth leather and suede. The classic Soft Sole base offers a soft, comfortable and secure fit ideal for everyday wear. Available designs are Hop, Cub and Woof.

Varsity

Taking inspiration from collegiate sports apparel, the Varsity mini collection boasts a range of sporty Soft Soles. The classic design provides a snug fit whilst also allowing full freedom of movement. The ultra-soft leather and suede, meanwhile, are gentle on delicate feet. Available in the Sport Classic design.

Natural foot development

Babies’ feet are so pliable that even tight-fitting socks can stifle their development, let alone restrictive shoes. Bobux Soft Sole shoes are made from artisanal leather that moves like a second skin. With this natural flexibility, babies’ feet are free to bend and move as they would barefoot. Their legs are also free to kick without any added weight.

The collection is available in small (3-9 months), medium (9-15 months), large (15-27 months) and also XL (2 years).

About Bobux

In 1991, Bobux’s founders Chris and Colleen Bennett took to their garage armed with leather and suede to make their first pair of Soft Sole shoes for their daughter, Chloe. Revolutionary when it was first designed, the Bobux Soft Sole is now firmly established as a cornerstone of healthy foot development.

Bobux was one of the first shoe brands in the world to receive the child labour free certification. Furthermore, every person who makes a Bobux shoe is a professional craftsperson and receives a fair wage and a healthy and safe working environment.
