Three children dressed for Christmas

Childrensalon, the world’s largest online destination for designer childrenswear, has launched its Christmas campaign for 2022, which focuses on spreading comfort and joy to children all around the globe.

Childrensalon has created a Christmas Shop for children of all ages and will be supporting three inspiring charities, each one working to protect the magic of childhood for children close to home and around the world.

A Black Friday focused on giving

As is its tradition on Black Friday, Childrensalon will donate 10% of all sales on childrensalon.com to charities working to protect children around the world. This year it is helping African Promise and Toybox to accelerate their impact and reach even more children.

African Promise is a small but ambitious charity that runs schools and safe community spaces in rural Kenya. In the past 10 years, through its commitment to supporting children, the charity has built more than 200 facilities and invested over £1m to ensure that each of their 2500 pupils can enjoy a high-quality and long-term education.

Toybox is working to change the world for children living on the streets across Latin America, Asia and Africa. In 2021, it helped 2,259 children and young people to be registered with their official identity documents, as well as supporting 1,414 children to access education. Over the past 10 years, it helped provide similar opportunities to more than 180,000 children.

A warm winter meal

Christmas is a season for giving. Therefore, for every sale made on childrensalon.com on 6 December, Childrensalon will donate one meal (£5) to Nourish’s referral-only food bank.

A family-owned business based in Tunbridge Wells for over 70 years, Childrensalon has deep roots in the community and is proud to support local organisations like Nourish. Over the last eight years, Nourish has provided emergency food and supplies to 33,000 local families.
