Silver Cross has expanded its valet and service initiative to include sister brand Micralite. The service initially allowed anyone wishing to keep their Silver Cross pram or stroller, either to reuse, resell or recycle, to take advantage of the Premium Valet & Service. For a fee, they can book a service or valet – or both. They will then receive their pram or stroller back as good as new.

Continuing its ongoing partnership with Baby Basics UK, Silver Cross also introduced a ‘donate to charity’ option as part of the service to support families in need whilst also helping the environment. This option sees a customer’s used Silver Cross pram or stroller receive a full valet and service free of charge. Silver Cross will then pass it on to baby bank charity Baby Basics to donate to a family in need.

Now, customers can also send in their used Micralite pram or pushchair for a complete road test and premium valet.

It will then be returned like new, safe and looking its best. Parents can either keep using it or pass it on. Customers who don’t intend to reuse or resell their pram have the same option to donate it to a family in need. Those who choose this option can return their pram free of charge for a full valet and service. It will then be donated to Silver Cross and Micralite’s partner charity, Baby Basics UK.
