Stych, the clothing and accessories brand for fashion-forward kids, has unveiled its collections for s/s 24. The new range includes clothing, bags, hair accessories and jewellery inspired by the themes of Garden Market and Mermaid, featuring Stych’s iconic embellishments and eclectic detailing.

Commenting on the collection is Stych’s marketing manager, Joanna Galvin. “Stych is all about the detail, textures and hand-sewn embellishments, for characterful and hand-me-down clothing and accessories. For s/s 24, the main collection is called Garden Market and features new Stych icons of apples, lemons and tulips, with a colour palette of tomato red and creams. The much-loved Heritage Stych icons are used throughout the collections too, with revamped shell, butterfly and strawberry icons.

 

 

“S/s 24 introduces its first blouse and twinset, with the whole collection full of detailing and textures, with new cross-stitch embroidery, ric rac trim and dyed lace, seersucker and chambray fabrics, smocking and high-shine jewellery, alongside bead embellished hair accessories. Our personalised initial products have proven to be very popular, so we are very excited about broadening the range this season to include fully embellished jewellery boxes for that extra special keepsake gift.”

 

 

Stych s/s 24 clothing collection for 3-8 years

Stych’s Ivory Embroidered Ruffle Blouse takes inspiration from a 1920s design found in a Sussex flea market. The creative team revived the shape and used a clear pattern to place embroidered strawberry, tulip and heart embellishments, finishing with handmade buttons.

The clothing collection also includes a 70s-inspired Hand Smocked Pin Tuck Lace Sun Dress and a matching Embroidered Pin Tuck Lace Skirt in a rich tomato red. Both feature pin tuck detailing, colour-matched lacework, and cross-stitched rainbow, apple, tulip and magical gold butterfly icons, with patched chambray hearts.

Stych’s popular tulle skirt and cape have a new twist for s/s 24 too. This season’s skirt has been reimagined in a wraparound style, with 3D flower embroidery on champagne pink organza. Meanwhile, the Tulip Embroidered Tulle Cape features embroidered Heritage icons and metallic piping on lilac tulle in an art deco-inspired design.

 

 

Stych s/s 24 accessories collection

Highlights include a Sequined Shell Crossbody with delicate pearl beading on the reverse and the Beaded Apple Crossbody. There is also the Iridescent Beaded Heart Gem Bag and the Red Heart Gem Metallic Purse Belt Bag for a hands-free option. For a personalised alternative, the s/s 24 bag collections include an Initial Silver Metallic Mini Crossbody Bag and an Initial Fringe Embroidered Crossbody Bag in letters A, E, H, I, L, M, O, R and S.

Completing Stych’s collection is a hair accessories range. A Garden Market themed range includes Apple Snap Hair Clips, Lemon & Apple Hair Claw Clips, Lemon & Rainbow Headbands and matching Beaded Hair Clips. Gingham Seersucker Headbands and matching two-piece Scrunchie Sets also feature, alongside a four-piece Heart Jewelled Hair Clip Set.

 

 

Stych will also be unveiling a magical Mermaid hair accessories range just after Easter, which includes a Mermaid Shell Beaded Headband Crown, Mermaid Beaded Shell Hair Clips and a Mermaid Shell Beaded Headband Crown. And finally, Stych’s Blush Pink Flower Sunglasses will launch in April.
